This book is a book influenced by the BREAKING BARRIERS BUILDING BRIDGES (B4) INITIATIVE INTERVENTION PROGRAM as a purpose-driven social movement, not just a campaign. The initiative seeks to confront and dismantle the deeply rooted social, psychological, and structural barriers that perpetuate gender-based abuse, inequality, and silence within communities, institutions, and workplaces. At its core, B4 recognizes that gender-based abuse is not only a physical act of violence but also a consequence of unaddressed mental, emotional, and psychological wounds, toxic social conditioning, power imbalances, and inter-generational trauma.
